About Elie

Elie is a woman of faith who continuously strives to gather people of all congregations closer to our Lord. Throughout her life, she has always enjoyed reading the Bible and doing word search puzzles. She has combined the two and now brings you a new and exciting way to interactively read the Bible.

Elie was born in West Texas and grew up in a migrant family of 17 children. She currently makes her home in South Texas with her two grown sons. In 2008, Elie and her family faced a true test of faith when her oldest son was involved in a life-threatening automobile accident.

Elie's faith in God made this dream become a reality and she trusts that it will benefit many in their time of need. Elie believes, "Whether it'd be the loss of a loved one, an illness, a near-death experience, or just being 'lost', the test of faith is a challenge to all."

Through all the trials and disappointments, her faith has endured. Inspired by this project God has called her to pursue, she plans to continue the series of word searches to include the entire Bible and all three cycles of the Lectionary for Mass.
